A 3.5% surcharge will be applied to all transactions made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and credit card-based digital wallet services (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar services). Digital wallet services can only be accepted at an office location terminal. Our processor does not accept Venmo or PayPal.
This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance and helps us cover the costs of processing these payments. There is no fee for payments made by cash, check, or ACH (electronic bank transfer).
Online payments take 3 business days to process through the banking system before they can be posted to your account. To ensure timely payment, please submit all payments at least 3 business days in advance of any past due balance date.
